1. About Passionett

Passionett is a digital platform that connects students with real-world, short-term projects provided by companies, NGOs, researchers, and mentors. The platform enables students to build practical experience, explore interests, and create portfolios showcasing their work.

2. Who Can Use Passionett

You must be at least 16 years old to use Passionett.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to use the platform in your country
• The information you provide is truthful and accurate

Eligible users may include:

• Students
• Project providers (companies, mentors, NGOs, researchers)
• Educational institutions (in future B2B use)

3. Creating and Managing Your Account

To apply for or post projects, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Only create one account per person
• Provide accurate and honest information
• Update your profile as needed

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Users may request account deletion at any time by emailing us at connect@passionett.com. We will add in-platform deletion features in future releases.

4. Platform Conduct Rules

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake profiles or submitting false information
• Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others
• Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material
• Misusing project opportunities (e.g., plagiarism or spamming)

Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain full ownership of the content you upload — including resumes, portfolios, and project submissions.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content on the Platform
• Showcase student work for promotional or educational purposes (e.g., success stories, newsletters)

6. Availability of Service (MVP Disclaimer)

Passionett is currently in a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase. While we strive to offer a valuable and secure experience, you acknowledge that:

• Bugs, outages, or limited features may occur
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Your feedback is welcome as we improve

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
• Disrupt the platform or harm other users

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

The Passionett logo, branding, and platform content (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Passionett Advisors Private Limited. You may not copy, reuse, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

10. Disclaimers

• We provide the Service "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of content caused by other users or project partners.
• We are not responsible for project outcomes, payments, or guarantees between users (e.g., student and company).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new "Effective Date" and may also be communicated via email or platform notice.
